IMPORTANT INFO

Attention Students – this is very important.

Effective Monday, November 9th, any tardy to a class will result in an automatic detention.  REPEAT…. Any tardy to any class will result in an automatic detention.

As you are aware, if you choose NOT to serve your detentions, you will end up being suspended.  We want to insure that all students are in class regularly and on-time. - Fishtrom

Halloween is around the corner and that means...costumes! If you are going to be in costume on Friday, October 30th at Carlmont High School, your costume MUST be appropriate. This means that if your costume is not suitable for school, you will be sent home. If you are unsure about what you are going to wear, please ask a vice principal and they can help. Show pride in yourself and in your school for Halloween! – Zamora

COLLEGE AND CAREER

Attention Seniors: tomorrow is the last day to register for SAT or Subject Tests on Dec 5th without a late fee. Although the UC and CSU application is due by Nov 30th, UC and most CSU campuses will accept scores from Dec test dates. To register go online to the College Board website. Fee waivers are available in the College Center. - Dominguez

Seniors: Due to state budget cuts, most (if not all) CSU campuses will communicate with you, via email or a web portal, to request additional information or forms. Some campuses may even deny your application if you fail to provide them with a document they requested by a certain date. This is why it is really important to check your email regularly. If you have any concerns about this, visit the College Center for help. – Dominguez
