CLASS INFO

Seniors!!! Do you need a letter of recommendation from your guidance counselor for either a private college or a scholarship? If so, the deadline to turn in your request for letter of recommendation packet is December 1st. Once again, December 1st is the deadline for any type of letter of recommendation. If you need a new packet, please see Mrs. Dominguez in the College Center. – DePaoli

IMPORTANT INFO

TODAY is a minimum day. School will start at 8 a.m. and end at noon. Please be sure to invite your parents to Back to School Night TONIGHT at 7 p.m. - Bailey

Please get those ID's out and visible! If you need a lanyard, please come to the AVP office to get one. Teachers are going to start assigning detentions after school for students who are not showing their ID's. - Gordon

Students: Please check the detention list to see if your name (student number) has appeared. If you have been assigned a detention, you will not be able to participate in school activities. Make sure you clear your detentions! - Gordon

CLUBS AND PROGRAMS

Come to the library to celebrate Latino Heritage Month. We have biographies on famous Latino's as well as novels by several Latino authors. We even have Harry Potter in Spanish! - Schadler

Are you interested in organic food and living a healthy lifestyle? Come to T13 at lunch on Thursdays with the Slow Food Club. Everyone is welcome! - Nilson

Need tutoring? Our CSS (CMC) after school tutoring program has a different structure this year. If you need TUTORING, go to room D 25 7th period or after school. If you need a quiet place to study, go to our school library.

There will be NO pizza this year due to budget cuts. - Gordon

Having trouble in math? If so, there is a new math tutoring program available after school called Peer2Peer! Peer2Peer can help any student, whether you are struggling in your current math class, need help with math homework or just need help to study. This free program is from 2:30 to 4:00, Monday -Thursday after school in room E-11. Come check it out! - Kelly
