GET READY FOR GRAD NIGHT 2008! Grad Night will take place the evening of graduation on Friday, June 6, 2008 starting at 8:15 p.m. Students will meet in the Student Union at Carlmont and then head off to an undisclosed location for the evening. Parents, click on the links listed below to get the essential information and forms (in PDF) you need for Grad Night: PURCHASE YOUR GRAD NIGHT TICKET BEFORE THE PRICE GOES UP AGAIN! Attend a PSG 2008 Parent Grad Night Planning Meeting: Our PSG 2008 meetings will now be completely dedicated to fundraising activities and planning for Grad Night. All meetings will take place at Carlmont (usually the 3rd Tuesday of each month) from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. and will be held in classroom A16. PARENT GRAD NIGHT MEETINGS: May 6, 2008 - 7:00 p.m. (Tuesday) - THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED May 20, 2008 - 7:00 p.m. (Tuesday) - AS THIS WILL PROBABLY BE OUR LAST MEETING BEFORE GRAD NIGHT, ALL COMMITTEE CHAIRS OR A REPRESENTATIVE MUST ATTEND! As we get closer to meeting dates, please double check your e-mail and the Carlmont Daily Announcements should a meeting be reschedules or cancelled. Thank you. Grad Night 2008 Parent Volunteer Positions
Get involved as a parent volunteer at Grad Night 2008 by participating on a committee. We still need help on committees that work in the months prior to organize activities and also have jobs open for just the evening of Grad Night on Friday, June 6th. Chaperones/Security ~ Decorations Committee ~ Favors Committee We also need a parent who is either a nurse or has a medical background to volunteer be on hand to assist at the venue during Grad Night from 9:00 pm until 1:30 am to assist with any medical concerns.
