IMPORTANT INFO

ID's and lanyards are here to stay!!!!!!!!!! They are a part of the dress code.  Lanyards will be issued with ID's during Arena  check In in August and at the beginning of next school year.  After that, lanyards may be purchased in the ASB room at lunch. Many clubs are designing their own lanyards......let's get ready!!!! - Gordon

Heads up students, due to textbook collection the library is no longer open for study and/or computer use. The library staff is still available if you have questions about your account. A.Laine

There will be a mandatory meeting of Calculus 2008-09 students at lunch on TODAY. BC students meet in E-14 and AB students in E-16. - Enenstein

ALL STUDENTS... IMPORTANT INFO!  Make sure to clean out your hall and PE locker of all library and textbooks.    If you leave for the summer and books are found in lockers you will be fined $5.00!!!  Your Library Staff

ALL STUDENTS... FYI..  If you have dropped a class, make sure you return those books to the Textbook Room.. Otherwise ALL textbooks need to be returned to your current teacher.  Please feel free to come by the Library/Textbook Room and check your account before you leave for the summer.  Feitelberg

Attention all students who are taking AP Psychology next year - there is a MANDATORY meeting TODAY or TOMORROW, at lunch in room D21.  You will receive your summer assignment.  The meeting will begin at 12:30 TODAY and will last about 10 minutes.  If you do not attend the meeting, you may be dropped from the class. - McKee

Are you taking AP Biology next year?  If your answer is "yes” please come to an informational meeting this Thursday at lunch in C3.  Summer work will be distributed at this time. - Doss

Summer school is still accepting applications for second session.  If you would like to sign up for second session of summer school, please see your counselor today at lunch. - DePaoli

Get a jump start on your Summer Reading - buy your books this Saturday at Barnes & Noble in San Mateo and support AVID.  You can get a flyer from any AVID teacher or online at  http://www.carlmont.seq.org OR www.seq.org/~ca_avid . - McKee

CLASS INFO

Seniors....you have one day...ONE DAY to pick up your Cap and Gown.  That's this Wednesday at lunch or after school.  If you ordered a Cap and Gown, you HAVE to pick it up this Wednesday.  If you need to buy one, you still can.  Prices go up to $70 on June 1.  If you don't pick up your Cap and Gown this Wednesday, you will need to pay a restocking fee. PICK UP YOUR CAP and GOWN!!!!!!!! - Kelly

Hey Seniors - there are only 20 seats left on the bus to Grad Night 2008! You don't want to miss out. This is an all night event with 300 of your closest friends! Submit permission slip, waiver form, payment and ticket order form to
Ms. Eggli-Smith in the admin office today. This will be a sold out event!!

Rising seniors:
If you are enrolled in Advanced Placement English Literature and Composition for 2008-2009, you must attend one of two meetings with Ms. Pierce and Mr. Hill next week, either today at 3:20 or Thursday, May 29, at 2:30.  Both meetings will last approximately 45 minutes, and both will take place in Mr. Hill's classroom, A-4.  Again, you need attend only one meeting.  Although it will be short, our conversation will lay the foundation for your success in AP English Literature.  If it is impossible for you to attend, you may see Mr. Hill privately for an abbreviated and therefore less advantageous introduction to the course. - Hill

SPORTS

Attention all girls interested in playing Fall tennis. There is a mandatory meeting in E10 today at the beginning of lunch. - Pearlman
