CLUBS AND PROGRAMS
Carlmont Success center will be hosting 3 on 3 Basketball, after school Mon-Thurs from 3:25 to 4:30 p.m. If you are interested, please attend a meeting with Officer Fegley, this Friday ( 8/29) at lunch. The meeting will be held on the sport courts next to the weight room. - Fegley
Interested in building things? Programming? Learning new skills? Come join Carlmont's award winning Team 100 FIRST Robotics Team. We are a joint team with Woodside and have qualified for the national competition the past two years. Our first meeting is this Thursday at Woodside in room F-11. See Mrs. Robeck in Room E-12 for more information. - Robeck
Hey all you Freshmen. Are any of you interested in joining ASB? We're looking for a new Freshman President, Vice President and Secretary. If you ARE interested in joining ASB as a Freshman, please see Mr. Kelly in room A8 for more information. There will be a mandatory meeting at lunch on Wednesday, Sept 10 in room A8, the ASB room. - Kelly
There will be a new club: The Mouse Squad: How to build your own computer.
Build one and keep it..for FREE!! We meet each Tuesday, at lunch in C11. we will start Sept 7th. See Ms. Cestone for details. - Cestone

IMPORTANT INFO
The technology Challenge Exam will be given on Thursday, September 4th at 3:25pm. Any student wishing to test out of the technology requirement can sign up in the Guidance office today at lunch. Students must sign up by 3:30 pm on Thursday, August 28th. - DePaoli
Our lunchtime detention center is about to be opened. You can lose your entire lunch period if you consistently do not have your ID visible or cannot make it to class on time!!! - Gordon
Students are not allowed BEHIND the music building in the construction area. This is a hard had area only and students can be cited. - Gordon
SPORTS
Attention all returning basketball players there is a meeting on Tuesday Sept. 2nd at lunch in the lower girls locker room. Please be on time. - Oliveira
PERFORMING ARTS
Auditions for Ken Ludwig's comedy "Lend Me a Tenor" will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sep. 4, Friday Sep. 5 in the Student Union. The cast of eight includes four male and four female roles. Please prepare a comic monologue (no longer than 2 minutes). Call backs (if needed) are scheduled for 9 a.m. on Saturday Sep. 6 in the Student Union.
